You're one of our first 100 events. If a vendor cancels, we'll source a replacement where possible, or refund you in full for that service per our refund policy. And you can reach us directly.

Yes — Plixco is 100% free for customers. No sign-up fees, no booking fees, no service charges. You only ever pay your vendor's price, plus any refundable damage deposit the vendor requires and applicable taxes. Vendors pay us 10% of completed sales. You pay the vendor's listed price — the same price they'd quote you directly.
